Super Mario land was a awesome retro game if you want to ask me because just because it only has two power ups witch are the star power ups and the fire flowers witch are really good and a new enemy comes in every new world

It appears way different from the other Mario games but it's still fun even though you may be questioning whether it's really a mainseries Mario game. It has unique lands, memorable music, it introduced a few new characters/enemies, and is about 30 minutes long so you can play this game in one sitting.

I actually played this game when I was younger, but it was in a hacked form. Instead of Mario and the enemies in the game, it was Pikachu and other Pokemon. This game was actually very fun. It had good music, especially that soundtrack that plays after the first boss, I think.

I found Super Mario Land fun to be honest although it was also unique. Super Mario Land was a little strange but lots of fun though. Smaller because the quest is shorter. The enemies are shrimpier. And Mario himself is standing only a handful of pixels tall, taking up just a fraction of the available area on an already shrunken screen. And weirder because everything Mario comes across here just seems a little off.

I really like the original Super Mario Land. It introduced us to Princess Daisy, as well as introducing Mario to the Game Boy. It's sequel is one of my favorite Game Boy games ever, and the Wario Land series which spawned from it is one of my favorite series as well. Many games can trace their roots back to this classic.
