Mario Maker Super mario maker Sharing levels questions

Seen as levels have to be completed to share them, what will happen if you make really a really good level but you cant beat it, will it still let you give it to your friend i mean like what if you have a best friend that you share everything with.

If you delete your save date will your post, comments and shared levels still be there because comments are linked to miiverse and levels are on other peoples game two and they might have downloaded it, will the downloaded level just un download.

Last question will the sound effect voice record thing allow you to do copy right music because the maker of the music might not have gave you permission will it get ban or do voice sounds just not be there altogether when you upload, after all you might not want other people knowing about your voice!

1. I think it doesn't matter since you can't upload a level without beating it since that is not how it works. Either way, if you want to share it with your friend, you can use the ID mechanic, but you still need to beat the level to do so.
2. I think that it will delete everything either way since you are starting all over.
3. I heard that you can't upload levels with custom sound effects or music. Looks like you are limited.
