Super Mario RPG is a one-of-a-kind game that was released for the SNES. Have you ever played Super Mario RPG? If so, what are your thoughts about it?
 
It is a pretty good game, fun and different from it's other counterparts. i like it, but a bit awkward, If you ask me.

Yeah, it's definitely a lot different from some of its coutnerparts but at the same time there's little doubt that it inspired many of the elements of the current Mario RPGs we see nowadays. However, what about it seems awkward to you?
 
The different kind of storyline seems a bit off for a mario game. It seems a bit to the Chrono rigger side, IDK how I would explain that:giggle:

That may be because for this game Nintendo partnered with Square to make it. This is evident as you see a Final Fantasy-esque secret boss over in Monstro Town (although said secret boss doesn't actually appear in any Final Fantasy games).
 
I've never played it. I have the download code from Club Nintendo, but I'm waiting for it to be released on the eShop.

it should already be on the eshop unless your talking about the Wii U.

Wii U is what was meant, I'm pretty sure. I don't mind booting Wii mode, but it'd easier to not have to. Playing on the GamePad, Miiverse, and restore points make a big difference too.

The original Wii doesn't have an eShop. I meant Wii U :p

i really like rpg's and if its about mario so much better :3
