I think he made a typo in the thread. Instead of "PGC", it should be "TCG".

Just uploading this here if anyone needs another code. I got the email on December 19th and I'm not sure if I posted the image in another TCG thread, so it's worth a try to check if it's unused for anyone who seems interested in these things.
