Technical problem with gif image...please help

I created an animated gif to use as an icon (when I get enough PC), but because I created it it is saved to my computer. But in order to make the request to have it as an icon I need a link to it. When I copy/paste it though, it shows the file path, where it is saved on my computer.
How do I get the link for it? Please help.

You'll need to upload it online. The 'Upload a File' option is there, or you can use TinyPic or Imgur

I uploaded the gif @Flygon is currently using (it was on my computer still ) as an example.
