I want to host a special turney on super smash bros for 3ds, with even specialer prizes!

Prize pool:
Some PC, or a Mii suit

Rules:
3 Stock, 8 Minute matches, No Items.
You may use custom specials, but NO custom equipment at all! (if you use equipment, you are DQ'D!)
U may use custom specials & smash balls if all players are ok with this.
Omega stages only.
(feel free to sugest any rules and stage bans)
