Which is a better dungeon?

I love them both equally. I like the water temple better because it wasn't aa simple as the great bay temple.
 
if it was the oot3d water temple then i would choose it because 1. the iron boots are now an item instead of gear which means you dont have to keep constantly switching between the iron boots and the normal boots like in the n64 version 2. if you get stuck on some area of the dungeon then you can leave and look at the sheikhia stone for hints on where to use or get a key.
 
Both of these temples were a pain, but I found Ocarina of Time's water temple better. The Great Bay temple forced you to turn on switches, and that was boring. Also, if the current takes you away from your destination, you will have to backtrack all the way. Ocarina of Time had a neat mini boss and a cool item. The boss was also better.
 
I've never made it far to the Great Bay Temple in Majora's Mask so I'm gonna say the Water Temple from Ocarina of Time. I found that dungeon really challenging the first time since I couldn't remember the entire map layout and where is this and that, and there was that one key that I missed that really frustrated me o_O
