So,what are your favoirte and least favorite items?

My Favorites:
Rotten Baby
Lost Contacts
Sacred Heart
Polyphemus
Flush
Hive Mind
BFF
Daddy Longlegs
Sissy Longlegs
Demon Baby

Item I dislike:
Bob's Rotten Brain,it ruined so many runs by exploding in my face,just a non controllable version of Bob's Rotten Head
Mom's Knife,every time i confuse it with sacrificial knife and have my current tears removed
Dead Cat,it becomes quite annoying if you get respawned with one heart during a boss fight and then get respawned over and over again
Cursed Eye,its quite fun to get teleported trough the whole floor
The Bean,only posions enemy and needs 15 seconds to recharge,better items already has poison as side effects
The Butter Bean,only effect is knocking back enemies,which is much more useless than it sounds

I hate R U A Wizard pills, above all else. It's annoying as hell trying to line up the shots, and the fact that the pills are randomized each run means that it's impossible to tell what effect it might have. My most favorite items would be toothpicks, brimstone baby, and Taurus.

I forgot two of my faves:
-Death's Touch,its not that great,but decent if you had ok damage and good range before picking it up
-Chaos Card,its nice to have a item that literally kills everything(including both final bosses),if thrown at the enemy
