So, there was an earlier post in the forum asking why there wasn't one, so I made this thread so that people can (hopefully) share their recipes and/or cooking tips. I can't find my personal recipe book at the moment, but I'll share some of my own recipes at another time :3
For starters I, like alot of other people, get my recipes online and I usually adjust it to my liking aftermaking it, but this is one that was just perfect:

and I'd recommend anyone who enjoys pies/tarts to try it out and it's super simple.
And here's a few random tips I learned from the restaurant I used to work at:

And here's a few random tips I learned from the restaurant I used to work at:
- Add a few grains of rice to a salt shaker to prevent clumping.
- Always slice off the root of the onion last when dicing onions to prevent tears.
- When making lattes, swirl the foamed milk in its' container and give it a few (2-3) sharp taps on a counter and swirl again for a completely even foam.
- Never put salt on an uncooked egg is you're going to fry it, as it gives it a gummy texture.
