Today I will be auctioning off The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for the Nintendo Wii U Wii Mode option.

Take up the Master Sword and save Hyrule in this legendary adventure.

The beloved Legend of Zelda adventure—originally made for the Nintendo Super NES system—that introduced many classic items and gameplay conventions to the series.
Venture into twisting mazes, dungeons, palaces and shadowy forests to search for kidnapped maidens and Princess Zelda.

Face off against the evil Ganon and Agahnim to save the kingdom!

Just putting this out there, but the Wii shop apparently closed and because of that Onett had to refund for the Majora's Mask thing. Are you sure it will work in this case?

Unless it's on the Wii U specifically even then there may be a problem. I don't think even in Wii mode it would work (I tried suggesting that)

I'm not saying this to kill the auction bids, but rather just to help avoid potential problems

No, it works on Wii Mode. Nintendo wouldn't put them on Club Nintendo if you can't download them in Wii Mode. (Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels isn't on the Wii U eShop yet, but it's on Club Nintendo).

Well if you are playing this on the Wii you could also use a GameCube Controller if you have one. Although it does come down to whatever the person is comfortable with. Anyways, I wish everyone luck in this auction.

I had put that, but naagza said that you can't use these on Wii anymore, only Wii Mode on the Wii U.

Oh. Hmmmm I never tried to get anything new from the Wii Shop Channel lately so I never knew. I thought they'd give you a bit of time since it was just last month but then again this month is about up.
