If you take a look at Hyrule Historia, you may find a particularly interesting detail in the concept drawings for Princess Zelda. This detail was very interesting to me, and you'll see why if you refer to page 143 of the book. But, since I'm creating this thread, if you don't have the book, I've got you covered (see attached files). There was also another concept drawing discovered, this time of Link and what appears to be a motorcycle of sorts. Think about this; I mean, the futuristic idea was scrapped, but many of the good games of today take place in a futuristic environment. Think of how many people would start playing Zelda games because of this futuristic idea! I personally think the idea should be brought back to Miyamoto and Aonuma. The thing is, if they decided to go with it, they could still have the medieval stuff while adding the futuristic setting. Link could travel back and forth between time periods, like in OOT or Skyward Sword. And since Zelda Wii U is still in development, who knows? By all means, please present any thoughts, comments, or other ideas below
