Anyone who is battling cannot vote in their own battle what happens (running, sacrifice, future moves.)
If there is a tie in the votes then my vote (or the 3DS Pedia staff's) will count as two votes so we can continue.
You can also vote here whether or not to give someone a helping/harming item to (character's name here).
