Destiny Knot helps pass down IVs, Everstone passes down nature.

For EVs if you're using super training, you'll want a paper to write down the points if it's something like 252 hp / 128 def / 128 spd for the non maxed out ev slots (the 128). For horde training so the same thing by documenting it, but get a poke with pokerus to double evs gained, plus use the brace things, I use macho brace because it's not for specific evs.

Also, I'd recommend making it 1-50 1 pc, because most popular shops charge 2 for that, and that's a way you can attract more customers.
