The New Nintendo 3DS regular has some pages on the FCC site

On the FCC website, there are multiple pages showing manuals and tests with the regular N3DS, which you all know, isn't coming to America. This gives hope to some people for it coming to the US!
Also, note how the picture above doesn't have Famicom buttons, but a skittle colored button layout as well. We haven't seen that in any of the models throughout the world!

Is it something that they are working on . Also the link to the website that you provided was pretty confusing to navigate , well to me then , not sure about the rest that might be reading >.< Also what tests are they conducting ?

I think he's saying that he think the normal N3DS might hit the NA region eventually. (?)
