The Reason Awakining Sold Well? The demo.

That demo is REDICULOUS. I love it in every way. Its something that every demo should be to gain sales. Show off simple gameplay without overwhelming or underwhelming the audience. I know it got me on the Fire Emblem boat. That and Snash, lol. Well anyways, if you agree, or if you don't, let me know! Thanks!

I would say that the full game made a real good success not only by the demo but also by the fact that there are many Fire Emblem fans because there are the other installments like the one for Game Boy Advance . So there was many fans already excited for this game . Also other people just new into the series were delighted by this game .

I personally loved the demo also and I still play it . This is one of the amazing games out there

The demo sold the game for me. Simple game play yet so addictive and fun. Though the best part was how good the videos looked. And the 3d...it was...such a beautiful experience. I was never in Fire Emblem but it got my attention by its reviews. It was thought to be the last one but due to its sales, they decided to make yet another Looking forward to it

It might have sold well because it was actually advertised compared to the other FE games released in the west, was made to appeal to another audience than earlier titles and is more newbie-friendly than the others.

Though the demo is probably a reason too.

The demo is what sold me, too. Though I wouldn't say that it's the sole reason that Awakening sold so well.

I wish they would make a fire emblem like the dragon one on 3ds. like a choose your own story one. where anytime someone dies it effects the story 1 way or the other. then later on your charecters split paths and you can choose which ones you want to follow.

The demo made me buy the game. I had downloaded it thinking "Meh who knows" and I was positively surprised by how fantastic the demo was. It was fun too play, showed a far part of the gameplay but it didn't spoil the game. So I read some reviews and came to the conclusion that the game was as amazing as it seemed. I put it on my wishlist and got it for my birthday (lucky me). no regrets whatsoever it's one of the best games I've ever played.

I really loved the demo also but they could have gave us one more to play and I would really like it. It was so simple that a 4 year old could play it, it's that simple as that! Also, I liked the sprites and it was really well done.
