The Start of Anime?

Who was the person who started and created anime? What was the first anime? I've heard of so many but I still dont know what the very first anime created is . . .

This is the first ever anime. It was made in 1907 and wasn't found until 2005. The creator remains unknown.

While Katsudou Shashin is the earliest piece of Japanese animation known, Osamu Tezuka is considered the "godfather" of anime/manga due to his great influence on the industry and how he manage to popularize it internationally.

lol, thats basically true except that he made anime actually popular in the anime industry and Walt Disney is awesome like Tezuka but just made great animated stuff. They both made people smile. Katsuda Shashin is probably not the first anime ever, but no evidence is found to prove that.

What I meant to say is that it's the oldest anime that's known.

That's why I added "that's known" Because you never know that if there is another, much older anime.
