Fruit Magic

AC:NL - The Villager
Towns Folk
It can be Types, Abilities, Moves, or Specifically a Pokemon. You can even create your own Types, Abilities, or Moves.
Example:
-The move Taunt disables status moves for 5 turns and raised the ATK, SPA, and SPE by 2 stages.
-The ability Run Away will ignore any move/ability that prevents switching out. (shadow tag, mean look, block)
- Grass resists rocks
- Ground resist Fire.
- Steel is weak to Electric
- A move called Inversity which will flip the type match up for 5 turns.
- A moved called Neutralization which will make ALL moves hit neutral for 5 turns.
-Chansey's base HP will be 125 and SPD will be 90.
Have any ideas? Does the meta game NEED this y/n? Share your thoughts below. ;D

The only thing I agree with out of what you said is the one about Run Away. All other mostly make no sense at all (except the Electric strong against Steel). I think things are just about fair now, but if I were to nerf something, it would be Terrakion and Landorus, with that annoying attack they have on top of getting choice scarfed! What I would buff is the weather conditions! I don't really mind that they now just for 5 turns, but I DO use a sandstorm team, so I wouldn't have to worry about losing the Sp.Def. boost at the worst possible moment!

Only agree with run away.
Electric would be too good of a type if it gets another type it's super effective against.

I'd probably change thunder wave's accuracy to 90% or something. But to never miss if used by an electric type (like how toxic works when used by poison types)
Also boost willowisps accuracy since not many pokemon even get the move in the first place.

Agree with everything but the Will-o-wisp boost. Tons of Pokemon can learn it! Burn is the second most annoying status there is, as it can literally ruin a Pokemon completely! if it gets a boost, then it will be unfair. If that happens, why not make a move that Freezes you 100% of the time just for the heck of it?:wacky:

What's wrong with the other ideas?

I'll shoot down every one of your ideas with reasoning.
-Taunt would be way too OP! Imagine taunting your Dragonite in doubles! Who needs Dragon Dance then?
-Go outside, pick up a rock and go and crush a plant! You will understand then.
-Ground can put out Fire, but Fire can also burn on the ground you know!
-Steel weak against Electric WOULD make sense if the lightningrods had never been invented!
-Inversity would be just plain useless, as it would get banned instantly. Also, there are already Invert battles. Just make them an option for multiplayer instead. It would make more sense.
-Neutralisation doesn't make any sense, because you are totally forgetting Shedinja's Wonder Guard!
-Nerfing Chansey doesn't make any sense! It already has one of the lowest base Physical Defense values of all Pokemon. Lowering it's HP and Sp. Def. would just make it unfair! If that happens, why not lower Onix's Defence then too? It IS the highest possible in the game!

I don't know why you want to nerf Chansey, it has no offensive presence whatsoever and can be shut down with Taunt or used as set up fodder by Pokemon like Bisharp, Clefable, Mega Sableye and Mega Altaria.

I'd probably return Hidden Power's BP back to 70, at base 60 it's sometimes too underwhelming, especially considering most Pokemon that rely on it already have shallow movepools to begin with

Well I can see your point on most of these. But the chansey thing is fair. Okay maybe 125 is an over kill but 200 maybe. I feel like chansey needed a nerf because how it over-shadows blissey (thanks to the eviolite). Chansey's stats are somewhat close to Blissey so might as well get rid of Blissey all together. Or Blissey could get a buff.
