thoughts on ps4 pro

So if you been keeping up with all the news you would know that the new PS4 NEO AKA the ps4 pro has been announced and its is less impressive than i expected because first of all its basically a 4k compatible game console with silghtly better spects so it wasnt what i expected so first of all what are you thoughts on this are you blown away by it or is it kind of useless and a way for sony to make a little extra$

Quite bad, to be perfectly honest; selling another console with just a hardware upgrade, a hardware upgrade that will only serve to deliver upscaled 4K and "better VR" while not even having a 4K video player. Sony quite obviously wants to pull more money with both the people who'll buy the console once again, and to sell their 4K TVs.

4K resolution (*cough*) and VR seem to be this generation's flaship useless gimmicks. But hey, this is the rambling of a Nintendo fanboy, so I guess my opinion on the matter isn't of any importance, right? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Virtual Reality is actually pretty cool. It may be a gimmick, but its better than any other gimmick I've seen so far.

Tried it myself, the VR, and it is nice really.

You have no obligation to change console if you're not interested in VR, so I don't see this as a big deal really. I'm really sad for the lack of 4K reader though, I don't see why they didn't include that at this point.
