Tokyo Ghoul:Re

A new season of Tokyo Ghoul is airing and so far two episodes are out as of writing this post up.

It seems like the main character has lost his memories (or better said, compressed them somehow) and he hunts ghouls (who eat humans) with his team.

I'm not too impressed with this season. Last season was also confusing but then again it could have been the wait between season 1 and season 2 that made me forgot some of the events that took place.

I was also hoping this season would be a lot darker. It's not.

What do you guys think about Tokyo Ghoul:Re so far?

I think he's Haise. He just lost his memories and is rejecting his ghoul side.

Who is Shu and the other guy with the target mark hoodie?

New seasons are always foggy and I can't always recall old characters from previous seasons. I remember being very confused with season 2 and I can't even remember if the anime was just missing points or if the manga was what you needed to know everything.

Shu. They call him Master Shu too.

As for the other guy, I think this is him:
