You can get it through Mystery Gift at the start menu of the game and you can't get the mega stone in the game only through mystery gift.

even though i dont have the game can i buy it so when i get the game i will have it? i am planning on getting it for christmas. and i want to collect all of the fire type pokemon and this is one i realy want.
