[Tutorial] Convert yours (and YouTube) videos to 3D for the 3DS

CONVERT YOURS VIDEOS
FOR THE 3DS, INCLUDING 3D VIDEOS.
Also, YouTube videos download.

In the first tutorial, I will teach you to:

• Download videos of YouTube​
• Convert 2D and 3D videos to Nintendo 3DS format​

You will need to download this file. Its contain the software you need.

If you already had your video, skip the first and second step...
Also, the video can't be longer than 10 minutes.

1: Find 3D videos on YouTube.
It's really easy. Just search "yt3d" on YouTube, and you will see them.

2: Download it!
Other easy step. You have in the pack the software "YouTube Downloader".​

1. Select video quality. 480p is the optimal choose.
2. Check "Convert FLV to AVI"
3. Paste the YouTube video link.
4. Press "Download"

3: Convert it...
Well, let's see:

1. Select your downloaded video.
2. Select your type of video. If it's 2D, select 2D. You have two 3D options, select the one do you need. The most used one is Side-by-Side.
3. Skip this, at least you want to keep the aspect ratio.
4. If you know what are the multi-core functions, put as your wish.
5. The video quality. More quality, more size, and less quality, less size. "8" can be the optimal option.
6. Audio options... Skip this, you don't need to change that.
7. Of course, convert the video.

3: Rename it and copy!
Last step. The only thing you need is rename the file with the format "LLL_NNNN".
It means the first three characters are letters and the last four are number.
Ex: ABC_1234 or LOL_6971

Now, copy it to your SD card, and open it with the photo & video app of the 3DS.​

At least we can slip them... If you want to see a movie on 3D, you will need at least 8 fragments of 10 minutes.

Yes, is better... Another way is download those 3D videos, but 2 minutes are 300 mb... Crazy...

This is a great tutorial but as MoP said it's too much work and would definitely eat up a lot of time and space on my SD card. nevertheless, a great tut @ErixSan

Well, the short steps are:
- Download/get your movie
- Convert it
- Copy to SD

But yeah, it's eat a lot of space because you can watch it on 2D and 3D on the 3DS and on 2D on PC.
Maybe there is 3 movie channels instead of 1.
