really good for setting up and you can choose if you want to set up rock or you can change the EVs to full Atk and Speed and 4 Hp if you want to make it a physical attacker

Do you think this set is good?

Tyrantrum (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability : Rock Head
EVs : 4 HP/ 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Head Smash
- Earthquake
- Dragon Tail

Tyrantrum @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Strong Jaw
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Fire Fang
what Smogon reccomends and goes well with many other RU sets and also possibly Primeape or Hitmonlee is a good match. Ice and Fire Fang to cover their types and Strong Jaw powers them up 50%. Stone Edge STAB move and Earthquake is good to cover netruel damage to most of the tier.

Tyrantrum @ Choice Band
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Head Smash
- Dragon Claw
- Superpower/Earthquake
- Toxic

With access to Rock Head, Tyrantrum no longer takes recoil from Head Smash and can just spam it freely, and very few things want to switch in on it and the few Pokemon that do (Hippowdon and Chesnaught) get crippled by Toxic, Dragon Claw is for STAB and Superpower is for Steels like Ferrothorn and Sp.D Heatran. Regarding the EV spread, you want to max out Atk to get the most out of Head Smash and we run max speed to outpace Sp.D Heatran, Rotom Wash, non Scarfed Ttar, etc. This set appreciates Thunder Wave support and pairs well with Scizor, Excadrill and Latias.
