For me I don't like Arceus so much and since mewtwo has two mega evolutions which has some mind blowing stats,i think arceus would not stand a chance against mega mewtwo because I think his stats are higher than Arceus in his mega evolved form.Plus Arceus is very hard to find and catch as well as mewtwo but you can run into him at least in a few games.

If he created the pokemon world and everything in it, he can probably destroy it, too.
Also, I think you might have overused the caps a bit.

Well, if we're talking Pokemon lore, Arceus is a god, I don't think you get much more powerful than that. From a competitive standpoint, Arceus Ghost beats Mewtwo X and Mewtwo Y 1v1, so Arceus is undoubtedly the winner.

Stat-wise, Arceus takes the lead. Arceus's stats are balanced and powerful- great HP, Attack, Defense, etc. Mewtwo's stats are a bit spread out to be more offensive. Arceus is pretty good at any role, so Arceus takes my vote.
