Hey guys! Since gamefaqs and the undertale community made undertale better the oot with votes (dang it community's!) I came to ask you guys which ones better!

its doesnt really make sense to compare these
Oot is a adventure game made by a big,rich and sucessful company,while Undertale is a turn based rpg made by a indiependent programer
Comparing Undertale to Oot is like comparing Parasite Eve to Super Metroid.
The games are so different,that its impossible to judge which is the better one.

It's quite obvious if you ask an Undertale community which game is better, they will say Undertale.

It started biased. It's biased here as well since it's a Nintendo community, more members are exposed to OoT than Undertale.

How can you possibly compare OOT and Undertale, I mean seriously Undertale is a turnbased RPG. Tell me does OOT look even close to a turnbased RPG to you?

Naturally I will pick Zelda it's far more enjoyable than Undertale. The community was hyped to see Freddy and the gang die off finally and was there with open arms to take in Undertale. Which is nothing wrong but comparing it to a franchise that has been then longer than that game and will stand against the ages doesn't make sense.

Why not compare it to another computer game like I don't know another turn based computer game?

I guess I'll go with Ocarina of Time (for obvious reasons). I've never actually played Undertale, although I've heard it's decent. I guess the hype for that game still remains here.

It's pretty random to compare the two titles, and I'm sure they're good in thier own ways, but wowzers. xD

I would choose undertale over oot for two reasons
1:because i never tried a zelda game
2:because undertale had such an amazing way of telling the story and literally everything the player did mattered plus the sad story just makes me cry which is good though

I've barely played any LoZ games myself and while I do like the series even though I've barely touched it...I do agree in liking Undertale far more. Some people say it's a "decent" game, but I feel it as being far beyond that. Everything about it goes so deep and it's so impacting in so many ways.

Like many people said, I don't think you can compare the two. Plus Undertale is a pretty recent thing, and it's super popular at the moment, so it's not surprising that Undertale got more votes. I also agree with @SunnyWindy, it depends on who you ask.
I haven't played Undertale yet (I'd love to though) but I heard it's a lot like Earthbound, so it's probably really good

well ocarina of time and undertale are both rpgs but they are far from each other in gameplay, story, battles, and more. But even with all that i've played both games, and they are both fantastic games but if i had to say with is better i have to go with ocarina of time.
