Unspoken streetpass rule?

I've wondered... is it some unspoken rule that you always give someone a "fantastic" rating whenever it pops up, even if you don't know those people? Conversely, I always give everyone a "fantastic" whenever I can.


What do you guys think?

I give a fantastic rating unless it is a offencive or weird name/mii there was someone i streetpassed a couple of times names the devil and had horns i did not give him/it one

Yea it's like the one true law of streetpass : if you see a mii you like or think looks cool, then you fantastic the heck out of him/her/it lol
Besides who doesn't like seeing that someone thinks that you're fantastic?
