Unturned 3.0 problems

Alright, so I have a Steam account with Unturned, and I have 2 problems with the 3.0 version. First, my Unturned game does not seem to be on the latest version of 3.0, even if it says so. It doesn't seem to have any gun other than the pistol (yes, I know all the other guns are pretty rare, but I have plugged many hours into it and still haven't found anything else), or any attachments. I've never found a gas can, blowtorch, or even some structures that I've seen in other videos. Second, I've found videos on how to make a server, and I've followed their instructions very carefully, but none of them seem to work. Either it will not load up, or I can not make an instruction work. If anybody can help me, PLEASE do!!!

Alright, first off, the new update of unturned 3.0 canceled out my first predicament. Second, the second problem was on Unturned 2.2.5, not 3.0. However, it seems that plugging in the server code and password did not work for me on 3.0. It might be that the server I found was not online anymore, but it might be that that doesn't work. If I try and fail to connect to a server someone posts with a password, I will tell you to not post a passworded server. For now, though, it's fine.
