Why does the new update suck so bad? My record for home run contest and all my epic battles can't even be watched anymore. Way to go Nintendo!

But really why would you want to watch them again? The update has been very useful to me for the most part, and I had just one battle saved. If you were so good at your epic battles then make another. -_-

I haven't updated yet and am planning to record ALL of my replays on my camera and phone before updating so I can keep them.

I haven't recorded a single replay so I don't think it will or has affected me (I have no idea what my game's version is at the moment). Has anyone encountered any serious error with this update? I want to be safe before I update my game, because the 136-year ban has made me all touchy and careful.

You won't be affected by the 136 Year Ban glitch if you don't disconnect, cheat, or bash the same player (in 4 Players Mode) when playing online.
But, I'm not affected as of now, since I haven't done the update. Also, the update log tells clearly that once you update, you won't be able to view replays saved in 1.0.0-1.0.3 ! Even more, it makes the console unable to play with people who have the 1.0.3 version or lower.

But what if I'm playing online and just get disconnected due to the opponent having a bad connection or something? It isn't always the player's fault at all, not everyone are rage quitters... ._.

I reeeeeeally hope this issue doesn't exist in the Wii U version, I can't believe this even was an oversight in the first place, it is insane that they overlooked it, but now it isn't even being addressed with any urgency, if at all. They're being pretty unbelievable... DX

If the match ends in a 018-XXXX error code or something, you won't get banned. It already happened to me, and I never got any ban for it. Same if the other player disconnects. He'll get the ban, but not you ;) !

And same here, that would be terrible if the Wii U version had this glitch !

That would mean I would have to find the random Japanese player I fought with and random other people and perform stuff and clutches I only performed one time. Also, MY record for homerun contest was there of over 10,000 ft. and I watch them to see the EXACT WAY. Also they took away the tactics I used so now I have to relearn certain characters A LOT!

@cobman456 Wow that sucks. It's a good thing I got the game right when the update came out, so I had no data on the game. Hopefully you can get more epic battles soon. Good luck to you! Plus, it could be much worse. What if you had to erase all of your data every time you updated the game? Now that would be bad. :(
