USB Powrbank

I need a powerbank for tablets, my charger is slowing, because of the cord I'm using now to charge: it's a extension cord and it falls or gets snatched HARD all the time, killing my charger.Does anyone know where I can get a power bank for tablet somewhere near $20.00? And which brand is it?

Well, you can probably get them at any electronics store, I got this tiny one:

for (the equivalent of) 15 USD, but im sure you could find other brands with better charging capabilities
