Hey everyone, I'd like to show you a wonderful mod for your 3DS that allows you to use a GameCube controller on it.
Note: I haven't done this myself, and I am not responsible for any damage caused to your system by it. This thread is solely for the purpose of showcasing the mod.
So, let's begin.
A Youtuber called dekuNukem has made a video showing the end results of this product, and also has a tutorial for doing it yourself, with links to all the parts required for it. He is also accepting send-ins from a limited amount of people, and he would gladly install and set up the mod for you.
Here is a link that shows the way to do it yourself:

If you would like to see this mod in action, here is a video:
The person who originally developed the mod says that the gamecube controller has a delay of a mere 1/1000th of a second, which is imperceptible to the regular human.
The button mapping is also reprogrammable with an Arduino chip, leading to a flexible button selection choice.
However, the 3DS is really intricate internally, and as a result, it can be quite hectic to get to the desired place on the motherboard. Anyone who has very limited electrical experience should not attempt this project.

What are your opinions? Do you think it is worth the risk and time to use a GC controller on a 3DS? Do you like this project? Let me know what you think in the replies
