I'm very new to competitive play, and I need help on making a UU team. I'm thinking a special sweeper sort of team?
I'm thinking about Zoroark, Aerodactly, Milotic, Flygon, and Roserade? I'm not complete sure if they're even UU tier. Anyways, I need tips on how to actually build a good UU team, moveset tips, any advice will be great.
I personally like talking to people directly rather than reading on some outdated site, or on a very complicated website....

This thread contains a bunch of Pokemon to build teams around, you should probably learn about the different playstyles like Hyper Offense, Bulky Offense, Balance and Stall.

Even though Tauros is PU, it makes a really good revenge killer with 110 base speed and 100 base attack.
This is what I run on Pokemon Showdown for Tauros.

Tauros @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Body Slam
- Iron Head
- Zen Headbutt
- Retaliate

Edit: For some reason Tauros can't use Body Slam on Pokemon Showdown, so you could run rock slide instead.

Cloyster @ White Herb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shell Smash
- Icicle Spear
- Explosion
- Hydro Pump
It can do major damage and you could even replace the white herb use a Life Orb or Focus Sash!!!
Cloyster isn't that bad. True with a well balanced team Cloyster could be easily deafeated. Skill Link+Icicle Spear=OHKO or 2OHKO to most Pokemon if with focus sash.
