Hey guys. Since I got New Leaf on launch I never was able to do paths as seen in other villages. Is there some footpath project or shop you have to unlock?
 
Nope! :D I was just playing ACNL a few minutes ago. You just have to get some designs, make them yourself or go here. Then you go to the pencil icon and click on the design you want, choose place display on ground. Then just walk around placing the designs.
