Vocals!?

Is there Vocaloid app/software here? I wanted to edit my favorite music, but... I don't know if Vocaloid software is possible to get here, or IF I did/could get it, it'll only work fir Japanese songs?
 
https://www.vocaloid.com/en/products/show/v4e_en Vocaloid is what was used to create Hatsune Miku along with a massive amount of other well known vocaloids. It's a bit pricy though with about a £70 price tag. Tbh, this is the only vocaloid program that I know of, since pretty much all vocaloids I know of have been created using it.

Interesting... Vocaloid is like the "Mother" and the different sounds are like "children". But shoot... I really wish there was a free thing, I wanted to try using it, but... Looks like I'll just settle for Covers...
