Towns Folk
There are a ton of pokemon that have weird Pokedex entries. Take for example Drifloon, who carries away children to an unknown place. Of course, they have to be directly out of the Pokedex, or it would count. don't say shinies are from heaven, because there is no "heaven" in the Pokemon. World.
 
I have to say Banette's Ruby Entry is pretty weird. "Banette generates energy for laying strong curses by sticking pins into its own body. This Pokémon was originally a pitiful plush doll that was thrown away." And also a bit freaky now that I think about it...
 
I think that the weirdest Pokemon pokedex entry would be Haunter :eek: I mean just read this xD
"Its tongue is made of gas. If licked, its victim starts shaking constantly until death eventually comes. (Silver)"
I think that this one was really pretty scary if a Haunter were to supposedly lick you :p
you would then die :eek:

The Pokédex entry for Yamask is pretty creepy ;-;."Each of them carries a mask that used to be its face when it was human. Sometimes they look at it and cry. (Black)".Thats one creepy Pokedex entry.Its creepy that they would look at their masks and cry o.o.

I think sableye's pokedex entry from ruby is really creepy. Ruby "Sableye lead quiet lives deep inside caverns. They are feared, however, because these Pokémon are thought to steal the spirits of people when their eyes burn with a sinister glow in the darkness." So they hide in caves and if you see their glowing eyes in the darkness they eat you soul.

Ruby
SapphireHYPNO holds a pendulum in its hand. The arcing movement and glitter of the pendulum lull the foe into a deep state of hypnosis. While this POKéMON searches for prey, it polishes the pendulum.
FireRedIt carries a pendulum-like device. There once was an incident in which it took away a child it hypnotized.

Drifloon
These Pokémon are called the “Signpost for Wandering Spirits.” Children holding them sometimes vanish

Phantump
According to old tales, these Pokémon are stumps possessed by the spirits of children who died while lost in the forest.

Not to mention the fact that he even has a hatch time on Bulbapedia, but that's not even in the actual Pokedex so it doesn't actually count.

According to me super weirdest pokemon pokedex entries is from shedninja pokedex says that if someone looks inside of his or her cracked shell it will steal that person soul forever .it is scary according to me

Darumaka's droppings are hot, so people used to put them in their clothes to keep themselves warm. (White)

I mean seriously, even on the coldest of days I will never do that!

Oh my god !! People use to carry their dropping with them so there clothes get warm :vomit: yuck!! As said by jeff that even in the coldest days he won't carry that thing well same here . Maybe from now i hate that pokemon.

I honestly can't pick just one, I would have to say Ghost type's entries are the weirdest/creepiest though! It's partly why I'm such a big Ghost type fan xD
For example Chandelure, the entries from XY/ORAS :
X/OR: Being consumed in Chandelure's flame burns up the spirit, leaving the body behind.
Y/AS: The spirit's burned up in it's ominous flame lose their way and wonder this world forever.

And Phantump's entry from Y/AS: According to old tales, these Pokémon are stumps possessed by the spirits of children who died while lost in the forest.

"If you had a good dream and you forgot it, Drowzee must have eaten it" Drowzee in Heart Gold. Its weird. This thing has happened to me many times. I have a good dream and forget it. Who's the drowzee 'round 'ere?

"Mawhile's huge jaws are actually steel horns that have been transformed. Its docile-looking face serves to lull its foe into letting down its guard. When the foe least expects it, Mawhile's chomps it with its gaping jaws." That's the Ruby entry. Yeah, they spelled Mawile wrong.

I think trevenant has a weird entry. Using its roots as a nervous system, it controls the trees in the forest. It's kind to the Pokemon that reside in its body. Darkrai's entry is kinda weird. It chases people and Pokemon from its territory by causing them to experience deep, nightmarish slumber.

One of the weirdest pokemon entries so far that I found out was Kadabra. It said: "It happened one morning-a boy with extrasensory powers awoke in bed transformed into Kadabra." It is like it is no big deal. "It happened one morning." I know that there are a lot of weird pokemon entries out there but this is just one I wanted to share with all you guys.

Darumaka from gen 5. Yes there are other weird ones like abra being formally a human child and driftloon being a child molester ( Actually, I'm kinda not Suprised) but they had to go as far as people pick up there poop while it's hot. Now that isn't even the weird part. That would have to be when the poop is still wet and just came out
