What about a Mario game with Sunshine, 64, and Galaxy together?

People asking for Galaxy 3 and being perfect for Wii U. Well, I agree. But how 'bout this ..a combination of Sunshine and Galaxy :D huh, HUH?
Or better yet, combination of Sunshie, Galaxy, and 64?! I mean, imagine how that will look in and play on the Wii U in HD and with the GamePad. Sections with water, using the FLUDD, sections in space, asymmetrical two-player gameplay ..all playing as tight as SM64, with all the movesets (optional ones too) that Mario has ever had (I really love the punches and kicks and slides and all the unnecessary moves from 64) :pP

Does it look messy? I mean, mario games are naturally messy from the beginning so you want to mix all the great mario games so far into a big hot mario stew? What would be the result of that? I think each mario game has been centered around a main topic (probably mario 64 not that much centered), for example think about sunshine... cleaning the mess thta black mario made and putting him into jail, the game is all about isles and beaches. Then just take mario galaxy (to me one of my favourites mario games of all time) it is all about travelling to the outer space and collecting big space stars to travel further

The only way I would see this working was if the original games,64,Sunshine,Galaxy 1,Galaxy 2 and maybe 3D World were playable in one disc, like a Super Mario-All Stars 2,but I guess we won't see this coming on 2015 because Nintendo said the only Mario games they will release this year are Mario Party 10 and Mario Maker,so probally that will have to wait.Still,if Nintendo put their stuff together to actually make this,I think it might work, but I guess they would rather go for SM-AS2 rather than a misture of these great 3D platformers into one adventure(no offense).

I can see what your trying to say and Super Mario 3D world is probably the closest thing you'll get to that, although Im still waiting for the Mario 64 remake....

In my opinion, Mario 3d world is a combination of both. I don't think they can go any further after that. It's hard to combine those two games because it would end up being such a big mess. I really loved how you could travel around the circular earth in Galaxy though (360) So maybe they could make a game with a similar concept. But combining, eh >.< I don't think it's a good Idea.

Aren't we all? .. /: I'm just glad it came to the Wii eShop though. I'm also glad Club Nintendo added it to their rewards, so that I was able to snag it. To be honest though, I think Super Mario Galaxy was their way of saying it's time to move on. This game will be remembered, but as far as something like it ever happening again, well, I won't hold my breath.

I believe the reason they never continued something like Super Mario 64 (besides the DS remake, obviously) in a sequel is because they already had it planned for the N64DD. I ask myself all of the time what would've happened if the N64DD wasn't a commercial failure. There was a Fire Emblem game planned and everything. :/
