Mario Kart What Amiibo should work in MK8?

I think that any of the Pokemon Amiibo should work. I mean, they only work in Super Smash Bros (and the upcoming mario maker) But I think that Miis wearing a pokemon costume would be so cute!!!

I am hoping that the Chibi Robo Amiibo is going to work with MK8. Maybe it would unlock him as a racer. How cool would that be to be cruising around as chibi robo ?!?
I know that there is a MK8/Skylanders amiibo for DK and Bowser, so if they made those available in game, maybe the Chibi robo will be a secret character? Here's to hoping !!!!

I want all the Smash Amiibos to work on Mario Kart 8, even though I don't own the game. I actually want to see a Pokemon Mii Costume or even a Mr. Game and Watch Mii costume. I sometimes keep wondering why the amiibo do not work with all of the new Wii U /3DS games.

I would like to see: Yarn yoshi, Pixel mario, Inklings (even if i dont have them >.<)/) gold and silver mario, and shovel knight when its released. I would like that nintendo makes some more amiibos from different games. And nintendo should release more packs ^-^.

Now I can definitely see some Pokémon costumes. Maybe Pikachu seeing as he's the face of the franchise but not Greninja, Jigglypuff, Charizard, or Lucario. And let's be honest, rather than having Amiibos unlocking people like Gold/Silver Mario and Yarn Yoshi, it will be DLC instead. Nintendo'll have no problem letting you use Amiibos for Mii costumes. But characters will be paid for.

I want new DLC for MK8 so we can use pokemon amiibo to have them unlocked as a racer because I think the thing that lacked from MK8 was characters from other games. I know it's called Mario kart for a reason but why not. If link and villiger get there fun in racing why can't Pikachu, charizard, or any other pokemon amiibo.

If you want to unlock the yoshi suit of the Varia suit Yarn Yoshi and zero Suit Samus will work if you don't have the base Amiibos Also Toon Link Should work in place of link Due to the two having the same compatibility

I personally think all of the Amiibo should work for the game. All they do is unlock costumes, so it wouldn't be too hard to implement and it may encourage people to buy Amiibo because they can be used for several purposes instead of certain ones being used for several purposes.

pikachu because I have a pikachu amiibo and pikachu is not used for much and it should be in Mario kart 8 because pokemon amiibo don't get much love
