What are your thoughts on Mario and Luigi:paper jam

Im actually excited for this game!I have never played a paper Mario game :)
 
It's not a Paper Mario game. It's a Mario & Luigi game with 3 characters.
 
Still the same to me.
 
Aww, I saw the previews and stuff, but no Paper Luigi... Which means no Luigi Mr. L alter egos... It looks cool, though, but I think I'll stick with Mario and Luigi: Dream Team.
 
I'd say there's potential for Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam. It's a very nice mash-up between universes. From what footage of the game I've seen, the mechanics seem to work pretty well in correlation with Paper Mario as a third character, who's function is mainly associated with the Y button. The toad fetch-quests didn't garner much of my attention, but rather the giant paper craft battles did. It's one of the more clever things the developers brought into the game. Let's hope this is a memorable successor to Dream Team.
 
I'm really excited for this game because it has real potential to expand the mario franchise. I really like the way that they added paper mario to real life mario. It is an interesting concept to see mario and weegee fight alongside their paper selves. I wonder who the villain is in the game and jus thope that bowser has minimal to play in it and becomes an ally like in Mario RPG.(Which they should make another Mario RPG) The depth of the game play is a fresh take on the platform/RPG genre for Mario and i thin it will do really well in the Debut weeks when it releases, I know I will be one of them buying it from a pre order!!
 
I think that it was pretty unexpected when I first saw this game being announced. Merging the Paper Mario universe and the Dream Team universe will probably make for the different possibilities of gameplay than ever before. I'm quite sure that this game will probably be the best of its series :p
 
I'd say it's a quick attempt at reusing the same engines found in Dream Team and Sticker Star as a way to cash in before the 3DS dies out.
 
I am not very hyped for this game. I actually do like the Mario and Luigi games, but this one failed to grab my interest, along with Triforce Heroes. As Nanamine has mentioned, they have recycled the contenr of Dream Team and Sticker Star. I guess that this game may have hope, since they sold somewhat well.
