What do you guys think is better for the Pokemon Anniversary coming up?,Gen 1 remakes or X/Y remakes

There has been some speculation that there might be a new pokemon game coming out for the Anniversary in which people are saying that it might be between a Gen 1 remake or a Gen 6 remake I personally think that either one would be fine but I really would love a Gen 1 remake because I would just love seeing Kanto in 3d but if there was a Gen 1 remake there would have to be a big change like being able to go to another Region or at least a small part of it , or they could just add alittle more to the seven islands ^^ but I would be happy with a Gen 6 remakes to only because it would update and would be able to is all the new megas from ORAS and primal reversions ^^ but on the other hand they most likely make more megas and then ORAS will be outdated, haha I don't like it when something gets out dated ^^

I don't think that they will do over Gen 1,if they did they might as well redo every game and I would not like to play those games over.Even though it might be a good idea to some people,it might not be a good idea to others.

Your right a lot if people would and would not , but what do you think the game for the anniversary will be o.o then ? Or do you not want another Pokemon release ?

A Gen 1 remake is most likely gonna be made for the Pokemon Anniversary (if the speculations are true). Gen 1 was the start of one of the greatest gaming franchises, Pokemon.

Gen 1 started the whole adventure of the Pokemon World. Without the start and the Kanto region, there would be no Pokemon. An XY remake makes no sense. The game is still pretty new, and it's in the newest generation, 6. Remaking Gen 1 makes a lot of sense, since it pretty much started the whole series.

Yeah your right that would make a lot more sense and i wouldn't have any problem with that but maybe they should add more story to it cuz it do lack that ^^

While I suspect a gen 1 remake, I would be way happier if they made a new area altogether, as to me Kalos was a little boring, even if it takes more time than they have. They can put out something else on the anniversary, like an early release of the Trading Card Game or Pokken Tournament.

By new region do you mean that to make a hole new region all together?

Definitely a Gen 1 remake! It really should get another remake and I'm expecting it will be the next to get a remake, because every gen so far is in Nintendo DS graphics or above except for Gen 1. Gen 6 shouldn't get a remake already because it's already in the most updated graphics and it should be the last in line to get another remake.

Yes I would really love there to be a remake for Gen 1 because it was the beginning of all the series so it would be totally super!^^ but I wonder if they would still use the Pokémon trainer sprits or maybe there might be a change and it would be about some other trianers considering that the last time anyone saw Red was on top of Mt. If they want to do something big. Make a Gen 1 remake, and add Johto in it. Johto is a pretty small region, and I'm pretty sure they can fit both regions in the game. That would be awesome. Being able to collect 16 badges. I would know how the elite four would work though. Maybe 2 Members from each region + Lance, then the Champion(most likely Blue)

Would also like the game to have a event on release like what they did with Victini when Black and White came out.

With the ability to transfer pokemon from diamond/pearl/platinum/soulsilver/heartgold over to black/white/2, and pal parks in d/p and platinum allowing the transfer of pokemon from the gba versions to ds games, essentially you could obtain every pokemon ever in x/y by using pokemon transfer/pokemon bank. Now that they are releasing R/S as 3ds games, the only pokemon game not available on ds/3ds is red/blue. But, the gba versions allow for transfer from those games. Sorry if what I'm saying/typing doesn't make sense, I feel like I got a bit ramble-y. Short answer, neither, but Red/Blue make the most sense.

Gen1 !!! IMagine Kanto one of the first and best regions in Pokemon in 3D!!!! Also I do not think it is fair that Hoenn gets a remake but not Kanto

OMG I love you from now on and forever I haven't even thought about the being able to transfer from all the ds games with and if the remake of Gen1 but this, this is something else the ultimate idea ^^ I love you sooooo much XD yusssss hopefully your idea is the light that I'm looking for , well bottom line I like your idea ^^

It would be amazing if they did both! If they are going to, I eish they would di it sometime near Christmas. Christmas is the only time I have hope for getting any new 3DS games. Honestly though, I would not want either anytime soon. Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are enough for me for now. More than one Pokemon gane for me is just plain overwhemling.

i agree with you they have to make those Mangas but i think there should also be special side series of these mangas and not focus on Ash so much

It's too early for a remake of either of those yet.
Maybe Kanto, in like a few more years, but C'mon. XY just came out. They'll at least wait ten-fifteen years before a remake.
