What do you want for NX?

For NX I want that Nintendo keeps physical games, it's not that I'm against digital stores but I would prefer to have the packaged game, then I want the chance to share your games with your friends, better graphic for games, more and good exclusive titles for wii, retrcompatibility with wii and wii u games and virtual console for old games because I would like to play some old glories of gaming like the first super mario or te first the legend of zelda.

I think it's too late. The new President said himself that he knew the system would be a failure. It's on ReviewTechUSA's channel. If anything, more focus should be on this new system. As for the post, it would be something if the console was a handheld like some people theorized. About twice or triple the power of the New 3DS. More maybe. But if it is a console (which it'll mostly be), then I really don't want it to be digital only, as according to Rich, may lead to Sony and Microsoft doing the same. There should also be more third-party support, because that's clearly what a lot of people want. There's a lot more but I'm not sure if I want to list them all.

Mainly I'd hope for it to be powerful enough to stand on higher ground than the Xbox One and PS4, and possibly even more powerful so it can hold it's own against Sony and Microsoft's consoles of the next generation. With more power, 3rd party developers would be more willing to develop on the NX, and we cam get Mario and Zelda in levels of detail and graphical prowess we could never have imagined.

-Homebrew support from the moment you get it with free development pack by Nintendo for everyone to make games!
-Shared libraries, meaning it'll support all, or at least most, of the already existent 3DS and Wii U games, with the Virtual Console games being a much larger selection!
-Tons of older games remakes or new installments and especially Game Cube / Wii exclusives! (F-Zero, G III, The Incredibles [don't judge, I liked both games], etc.)
-Most of all, an amazing Pokemon game! They should make a game for the new advanced hardware that is a lot more interactive in battles! With more Action elements and stuff like that!
-I want it to be a hybrid, as it won't be that good if it ends up being a Home Console or Handheld, so it's much better to be both!
-Make it cheap! No matter how good it turns out to be, I'm not spending more than 250€ even on a console bundle!

Here's a revolutionary thought! Why not build the NX body in a manner that slides and detaches?
- It could fit in any space given, be it book-shelf or cabinet. (Consoles have lately stressed the Standing-or-Laying positions of their consoles. How about a trans-former?)
- Individual parts could be more easily replaced or added. One could improve their data issues with a new memory block.
- This also revolutionary idea right here.
- C'mon. If any of you guys have seen the customized tower-computers, you'd agree they look wicked awesome.

1. NX more capable than 9th generation xbox/ps
- NX witl have the same games as xbox/ps + exclusive nintendo games
2. Backwards compatibility with old controllers and games
-If let's say, nx is backwards compatible with gamecube onwards, and if nintendo makes a game that 40+
people can play at a time that mean's the nx can be connected to the maximum amount of controllers for that game (imagine playing super smash bros. with 50 people, it will be magical)
3. Not released until just before the time xbox/ps 9th generations consoles come out
- Supports the wishlist of number 1

I hope for the biggest number of launch titles when the NX releases. The Wii U and 3DS didn't have that many, let alone any truly good ones. Hopefully the NX will rectify all of that. There's still lots of time before the NX's release, I believe, so that gives developers a bunch of time to craft the best games they can. \o/

I would like for it to be at least as powerful as PS4 and have a new sort of gimmick, maybe that it is compatible with a Super Gamepad that can also be used as a handheld, should it be a hybrid. I'd also like for it to be backwards compatible with Wii U, but then again it should be x86, not PowerPC like Wii U is, so whether it can actually be backwards compatible is the big question; if not, launch the NX with around 5 re-releases of the top Wii U games, slowly releasing a few more across the launch window.
In addition to that, the launch of the NX should feature a big brand new 3D Mario, a big new Nintendo Sports game, 3D Metroid, LEGO City Undercover 2, third party games (FIFA, COD, GTA ect.) and well, Nintendo should partner up with either Marvel or DC to produce games that will appeal a lot to the western fans - I'd prefer DC as I think Marvel are doing games with LEGO and Disney Infinity, so Nintendo can produce Arrow, Flash and Superman games which would sell well. Then, the launch window can feature a new 3D Donkey Kong and Spla2n.

I definitely need the ability to share my eshop funds with my friends, I need easier, FREE 3ds compatibility where I can just use my 3DS as a controller instead of buying a specific controller, and I NEED an Animal Crossing Installment that brings back the design part for new leaf, and the great home interface from happy home designer along with more foods that actually do stuff when you eat them.

Really? Nintendo is not known as technical proneness, I seriously doubt that against the ps5 and xb2, it will actually fight that way. The specs at the very min, need to be very close to those 2 consoles. In order for it to have any potential sales, there needs to be a unique feature in order for it to be special.
If it is a handheld, I hope that the handheld is in hd. At the very least, a 720p screen would be amazing. The tech needs to be very powerful also, much more than the vita was. That way, games will feel more refreshed. I would personally prefer a handheld as the 3ds really is showing its age and the tech really is getting too old.

This means that it may be a media device that connects to your phone, a mini console, or something entirely new. I disagree. As powerful as the ps4? Do you know how outdated that tech will be by then? It needs power closer to the ps5 or xb2, or say bye bye to 3rd party. I bet the nx will flop with such low power. That is like releasing an iphone 7 with the tech of a samsung galaxy s3. Probably why I want the nx if it is a home console to have a close power to the ps5 or xb2.

Well, I think at the very least, sony and microsoft will release their consoles 1 year later if the nx is a home console. But like you said, the nx needs to at least be slightly more powerful to be considered "next gen" but honestly, I want the specs to be significantly better than those 2 so then it can be considered a next gen console. Or else once the ps5 or xb2 release 1 or 2 more years later, the nx can still stand up to those 2 consoles (once again, if it is a home console).
