Moon/Sun What does Isle Avue from Pelago do in Pokemon Sun/Moon?

Isles Evelup and Avue are two isles I have yet to set up for Pelago in Pokemon Sun/Moon. Evelup sounds a lot like it's designed to help level up Pokemon in PC boxes, but I'm not too sure what Avue is supposed to do.

It increases happiness/friendship.
Useful for pokemon that evolve thru that method or if you wanna hit a really big return ^-^

You can make your pokemon go up to max happiness thru the hot springs! But if you leave them in there any longer after they reach max happiness they will start to lose happiness D:

You can also incubate surplus eggs. Although running around on the Tauros Charge with a Flame Body/Magma Armor Pokemon in your party is much faster. The Hot Springs egg incubation is also related to how many steps you take in game directly correlates to how quickly your Pokemon eggs will hatch. In other words you can't hard boil you eggs and being too passive (i.e. not playing the game) your Pokemon's eggs won't be closer to hatching.
