The new characters seem to be what everyone is talking about, but what are some features you'd like in the new Smash Bros game?

I can't think of any new features, but I'd love to see a story mode!

Yes a story mode would be so amazing! It is so interesting seeing characters from various series come together. Smash Bros Brawl's Subspace Emissery was really good and I hope if Smash Bros Ultimate has a story mode it is just as good as the one in Brawl.

Yeah, I didn't get to play the one in Brawl ;-; Used to own the game but now I lost it, and never got a chance to play the story mode (which is one of the reasons I'd like it in the new game).

I think that if Nintendo is smart they'll know that the fans want a story mode.

How about a free camera replay watcher? (I dunno if this is a thing allready or not in 4, but i want it for the cool angles.)

yeah, that'd be cool! I don't think that's a thing in sm4sh, so it'd be a nice new feature.
 
Unlikely to happen, but I'd like to see a "Nintendo Workshop" of some sorts. Kinda similar to how Steam Workshop works for some games, but for this one you can mod the game to your heart's content.

I just want Nintendo to embrace mods more instead of just thinking mods = piracy blarg

Yeah if that happens that would be really awesome but highly unlikely sadly. Who knows though.

Speaking of tournament thing, I want to see tourneys between all CPUs just for entertainment, and maybe an option to let Figure Players join in too, because I saw some that would want to compete their amiibos online in Smash.

You can't have a battle between 2 CPUs in Smash Bros? I thought for sure that it was a thing. It would be pretty interesting to see how 2 cpus fight lol

Actually, battle between 2-4 CPUs are possible (it always has been this way). Given that Mr. Sakurai has confirmed that tourney mode will return in Ultimate, I'm hoping for all-CPU tourney to be possible again just like what I saw on the Melee. Especially after I find out that I couldn't do all-CPU tourney in Brawl...
