what game is better

They are all really great games. I chose A Link Between Worlds because the time line is set between both of my favorite games which are Links Awakening and The Legend Of Zelda. Hyrule Warriors is outside of the official timeline, and I never really cared for Windwaker. The only reason I can think of anyone choosing the other two is that they have better graphics.

I think it is subjective which one is better.
I casted my vote guided by the idea you haven't tried either. Seeing your avatar makes em think "The Wind Waker" would be an excellent opportunity to learn about that incarnation of Link. Besides, it is an easy to follow game with very nice and original art style. Also with the remake they smoother out the few annoyances it had.
About the other two, ALBW is a nice game, specially if you favour handheld gaming and you rather to explore versus following an order.
Hyrule Warriors I've heard is a great game, but sadly is not a Zelda game, just an spin off of the type Dynasty Warriors: Zelda edition. The mechanics , objectives, etc are based on the other franchise. If you're after a Zelda game this one may not be what you expect.
In the end, no matter which of them you decide to get, I am almost certain you'd feel your money was well spent.

I think you should get ALBW. The 3D-ness is very rich, and the storyline is decent. The first playthrough will tend to be quick to complete, so try out hero mode (the mode is available after you clear the game). I used to own the game, and I did enjoy it.
Can't say much about Hyrule Warriors though. Since it's a spin-off it's not technically a LoZ title.
Wind Waker is good, and with enhanced graphics would make it better. The thing is, do you want to relive a classic or not?

I haven't played any of those games. I really want to try LBW and HW but from what I have seen from WWHD it looks just like regular WW but just... HD. but it all really depends on what one likes. I am the kind of person who isn't the biggest fan of OOT, so I didn't like WW as much as others did. But I did love minish cap and LTTP so I think I would really like LBW.
