What if all the characters in smash were in one game?

Hey guys.what if there was all the characters in smash plus some newcomers?well first of all i think that would just be awesome.second of all nintendo would probably make it $70 dollars.third of all there would be so many clones!fourth of all it would be weird.fifth of all because of there lastest handheld room they would have to make a new handheld or console.sixth of all it would take foever to get all the characters.seventh of all there would be to many characters to make any clone costume.
IMPORTANT RULES
1.no spam no advertisements no nothing.
2.don't use curse words at people.
3.don't go off topic.that happened in alot of conversations.
4.have fun!

Wouldn't it just be another Smash game though? Smash is defined as 'the game with all the Nintendo characters in it.' :giggle:

And I really doubt Nintendo would make any game $70, no one would want to buy it. Since they own (almost) all the franchises of their characters, or at the very least most of those franchises are Nintendo-exclusive, licensing fees shouldn't be a problem for them and I'd find it distinctly unsporting of any first-party publisher to release such a game at almost double the price of a regular one when games like Project X Zone, in the case of which the higher price could have been justified if it had happened, cost the same as a regular 3DS game.

They'd be relying on sales of such a game to make a huge profit, they wouldn't increase its price. Besides, from that definition it would be just another Smash game, and Smash games sell a lot.

Ok but the fact you said (3ds game)if the game was to be on a handheld it would probably be on a new handheld or console but if that's whst you think that's what you think.

What type of game would it be if it wasn't smash
 
Ok guys when i made this thread i meant would you want to have?talk like that.of course it would be another smash game.
 
I guess it could work in an rpg style where you start off with say Mario and you collect characters as you go along, each with different moves. I think it could be good but if won't happen with the soo recent release of smash

I think what you should be describing is DLC. Another Smash game won't be out for a very long time, and if it does come out, then yes, it would be on the next generation consoles/handhelds, which I guess is what you're trying to say. But regardless of how much content is in the game, as @Spinnerweb mentioned, the game would still only be $59.99 or less.

Um @Mario123456789 this idea is sorta like an inside kinda thing, I don't think it might sell that much since it is a well known game refurbished into a new game so it's like Smash inside Smash. I mean how about thinking of something innovative instead of just throwing something at a wall and see what sticks, think of something fresh (prince of Bel-Air:rotfl:), new, something no one thought of like what if Mario RPG takes on LOZ, or what if super Mario were to be in a LOZ style that would be something interesting to talk about. I'd love to play as Link in Super Mario that sounds like a spin off game worthy of buying.;)
