So what if pokemon games were rated M? I was thinking that there would be visible blood and flesh on battles! Haha I just thought of horn drill on a pokemon! That would be so gory!

Well, pokemon in the earlier manga was a bit gory. I personally couldn't imagine it too much since it's whole target audience is children, although I'm sure more adults/teenagers play it/enjoy it more than children lol.

As much as I hate to say it, the closest thing is SMT. I personally feel that SMT fits into its own category thanks to its sadistic brutality on the player, but I guess you can call it the Teen or Adult Pokémon depending on which portion of the series your playing.
