What if super smash bros came to mobile platforms

Couple of months ago, nintendo said they will be going to mobile gaming because of the failure to fulfill the wii u expectations.

What if they brought any smash game in the series to mobile. Would you think that will be a good idea or a bad idea?

I would think that would be an ok idea. It would take a lot of effort and even trying not to keep it very simple with simple touch screen controls and also having the file size very small so that people with older phones are able to get it. The game may be free like Mortal Kombat X or Injustice, or you may need to spend money.

I think that would be pretty awesome , but I don't think that the mobile would really be able to handle it since the latest Smash game is pretty large . Plus the game is supposed to be pretty exclusive to the 3ds and Wii U so personally I think that it would be a bad idea

Yeah, I think it wouldn't be such a pleasant idea because the smash bros series being on the phone would be cramed and there wouldn't be room for even 50+ characters, plus the controls would be awkward for the most part. Smash bros wouldn't really be popular that way either. But it is a shot though.

That would be cool! But i think it would like so much stuff be a very bad smash game its gonna be hard to play too! Like getting some awesome combos and doing some techs and it would be dumb

Yeah and it depends on how much memory the phones can hold. If you have a normal phone, it wouldn't hold so much, if you have an iPhone or a Samsung galaxy, then you are in luck, you can but Dlc. But playing Smash on the phone isn't ideal because you would be using touch screen all the time.

Oh god no. It would be such a huge hassle to play smash on mobile. I had smash 64 on emulator for my phone and it was just not good to use. If thereceived were some controllers we could use that would be cool but I don't think phone game on controllers are going to be useful in the long run.

Only if it was like Super Smash Land with less buttons could I see it. Anything more would be too much. It is a popular series but it's not fit for mobile gaming besides handheld consoles.
