What if Link met his younger self, when he goes back to the past ( link between time) he teams with his past self ,which could be co-op local or online play

It would be an interesting concept for sure. Although, you could also have Link team up with Links from other games that occurred previously in the timeline, sort of like the Shade from Twilight Princess, who is generally accepted to be the Hero of Time from Ocarina, but as an ally.

Actually I like that idea of yours quite would be a cool multiplayer game of a Zelda series since there is not much of these except for The Legend of Zelda : 4 Swords and those other mini game like things in The Legend of Zelda : Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass that were pretty cool .

But surely that will cause a paradox destroying the whole universe Haha yeah ........ but good idea

I like the idea. But I guess that it would cause a time paradox and everything would fall apart. Although even if they did make such a game, Nintendo probably wouldn't make online co-op since they stated during the development process of Zelda Wii U that they were "sticking to the original Zelda formula". But still a great idea.

It's a unique concept, but I think Nintendo has already experimented and tried to use that idea. This could be a kind of sequel to OoT, which would be great, but online multiplayer aren't really Nintendo's expertise. The concept could have a co-op function and I think this would be cool.

That would be a nice idea. I guess that one Link will have different mechanics such as Young Link being the only one who can enter small spaces and Adult Link pushing the heavy objects. My explanation sounds lame, but they could also team up when fighting enemies and such.
