What if someone found a way to genetically clone dinosaurs, but they would be smaller and have a implanted microchip into their brain that made them be able to be controlled by humans. Would these be the poke clones? I would not call them pocket monsters but what do you think would these monsters be useful like they are the pokemon universe, would they be a terror to humanity or (the most likely scenario) would this never happen?

I think they would be helpful, like how some people in Pokémon use Machamps to lift heavy loads. We would probably have them chase after criminals and corner them but not hurt them, or have them pull things. But like in Pokémon I'm sure there will be some bad guy who will try and use them for bad.
