What is better? ACNL or AC:HHD

What is better? ACNL or AC:HHD, I know both of them r good games but which one is better? Vote which is better, lets see which is better!
#TeamAnimalCrossingNewLeaf (In my opinion I think both r good games) I'm doing this because I'm thinking of getting AC:HHD or a different game.

You can't really compare them. They have the same characters but they aren't the same game at all. It's almost like asking if New Super Mario Bros is better than Mario Kart

I'd see them as complementary experiences? I really like how you can decorate without limits in HHD, but I miss having my own house like in NL.

Well, HHD is fun, but only if you have a great sense in design/themes for places. New Leaf to me has more replay value because I like woking on public projects.

This question is very opinion based. ANCL you have to earn your stuff by doing tasks and catching bugs, fishing,etc. but in ACHHD you already have a ton of stuff and you don't have your own house. The difference is kind of like Minecraft creative mode vs. survival mode.
