Soo I have no clue what the parley function is or does in Fire Emblem Fates birthright. If someone cold help me out and explain what it is and how it works that would be flipping awsome.

I believe it is the local wireless function to battle or visit locally with nearby friends in their castle.

I believe it is the local wireless function to battle or visit locally with nearby friends in their castle.
Parley allows you to visit whoever you parley with. Parleying may also give you bonus items while you're killing enemies. For example, you're leveling up your units, and then BOOM, you get dragon vein points.
