What is the best ability?

What would you think is the BEST ability in the fire emblem games? In my opinion, the best ability is vantage. I mean, attacking first is great! It saved my avatars life multiple times in my playthroughs.

Personally I think the majority of skills have their own uses at their own times, but my favourite is definitely Vantage. It seems a bit underrated but on higher difficulties it will save your skin.

The skills I like the best are Pavise, Aegis, Galeforce, Lifetaker, Renewal, Armsthrift, Astra and Counter

I really like Galeforce, for the sheer fact that I needed it to defeat certain enemies before they attacked my weaker units. And Renewal saved my hide more than once.
