What is the best pokemon (and worst)

I wan't to hear what you guys think is the best pokemon (counting stats how he he/she/it looks) same for the worst pokemon. My personal favorite is salamance he's aweseome looking and has pretty good stats. My least favorite is sunkern. He's horrible in every single way. (this is my first post so sorry if I broke anyrules or if this post was already posted recently).
